Structurally Framed, Inc. (SFI) was founded in February of 2015 by Steven J. Neff, MSCE, PE, to provide Structural Engineering Services for existing and new residential and commercial buildings throughout Colorado. These services are defined by three major categories – Investigation, Design and Repair.
Steven has extensive background and experience with structural engineering for investigations, designs, and repairs. It includes a wide range of residential and commercial building projects involving a large variety of structural systems and materials. He enjoys solving challenging structural framing issues and concerns. Steven’s attention to the details has been an important part of not only working out difficult structural framing problems but also communicating the appropriate structural information and details for construction. He is also thoughtful of existing structures with how various changes, improvements and alterations can affect them.

I love structures, solving problems and helping people resolve their building issues. Structural framing challenges can develop with new building designs and/or existing building structures. I have extensive background and experience with structural engineering investigation, design and repair. It includes a wide range of residential and commercial building projects involving a large variety of structural systems and materials. I started Structurally Framed, Inc. to help people with their proposed building projects and existing building structural issues or concerns.
My expertise can be very helpful and valuable for property owners to help make decisions with building structures often related to selling or buying a property, building distress or concerns, structural repairs, or proposed new construction, additions and/or alterations. My goal is to help clients by providing insight and information about the existing property and/or proposed project which may lead to various structural framing options and potential cost savings steps to consider.
